Mission
Salhieh, Lebanon · Limited family harvest
ARDÉ
أرضي / my land
Olive oil with a place behind it—picked early, handled carefully, and made for the meals people cook and share every day.
The name
Ardé means “my land.”
It is the simplest way to say what this oil is about: a family grove in Salhieh, a harvest with natural limits, and the wish to share it without losing the character of the place.
We are building Ardé as a premium oil people reach for every day—from cooking and dipping to the final pour at the table. The care behind it should be tasted, not saved for a special occasion.
Vision
Make distinctive Lebanese olive oil an everyday pleasure—from weekday cooking to the table shared with others.
From branch to bottle
Freshness is made in the details.
Tap through the choices that shape each Ardé batch—from when the fruit is picked to how the oil is protected.

What premium means to us
A process you can trust, not just a label.
Premium starts long before the bottle. It lives in harvest timing, fruit condition, transport, milling and storage—and in being precise about what we can prove.
One place
Fruit from our family grove in Salhieh.
One careful batch
Kept separate and documented through the process.
Evidence first
Testing before any verified extra-virgin designation.
How we will verify each release
We intend to pair chemical analysis—including acidity, peroxide value and UV measures—with sensory assessment. If a batch meets the required criteria, its label can carry the extra-virgin designation.
From the grove
A harvest you can see.
The first Ardé release
Limited by the grove.
Made to be shared.
